Unless stated the equipment is not supervised by us and is dropped off for you to use and supervise, then later collected. We will be required to plug our extension cables into your venue to power the equipment. If this is not possible and you require our petrol generators, this can be added on for an extra cost.

Below are some important considerations for you and unfortunately if you have not given us the appropriate information and our staff are unable to safely set up your equipment you will still be liable to pay for the hire. It is the utmost importance that you tell us anything at all that you feel would impede set up.

Our staff will need a 10-minute restroom break mid-way through the hire.
POWER REQUIREMENTS ARE: We can easily plug the equipment into a building 4.6 kw of power between 2 13a 3 prong plugs (standard everyday plugs). Please ensure your power supply can support this. If you would like to use your generators please contact our event team.
