At Jump4fun we pride ourselves in giving 100% to everything we do and our customer service is one of our top priorities, which is why we have a procedure so you can let us know exactly how you are feeling no matter what it is. If you feel we could of done something better then let us know.

Simply fill out the contact us form on our website with your concerns and we will investigate the issue and a manager get back to you within 2 working days of your complaint.

Telephone Complaints Procedure: We will take your complaint via telephone, record it, investigate the issue and call you back within a maximum of 48 hours when we have gathered all the information to discuss the complaint in more detail with you.

  • Please note management are very busy at weekends and will get back to you as soon as they possibly can, at a time they are able to fully investigate the issue and give your concern the full attention it deserves.
